I like to go to the place!! Because I live in on base and the people are nice but sometimes they don't. But not cheap more than off base.

Great prices, especially with the current inflation. However, be mindful as typically when you buy in bulk it's cheaper. At the commissary it's not. Definitely compare bulk to individual items. Overall, great place to shop, variety of items, clean and staff is friendly.

Great prices and lots of things! The fruit and veggies here are way better quality than the ones at the western blvd Walmart. It can be hectic depending on the day you do your shopping, but it's not bad. The rotisserie chicken is good as well, and their flower selection, although small, is nice too!

It's ok but the produce could be a lot better and the variety of steak. It's a strict mask store as well which is neither a good nor bad thing just stating this.

Better prices than most around. Even have flowers. Just check the fruit and vegetables twice.

Another place I like to come to get bulk items and groceries at times. Now I say at times because this place is madness and always full. I like to get in and out without a lot of fuss and coming here you might as well be prepared for tiny tots running around, crying babies and we'll all sorts of stuff lol. So please if you do not have patience skip coming here. On paydays it's hectic most people come and do their shopping and that's another time I suggest if you do not have patience wait and go later on in the week . The prices are decent on some things whilst you can get these elsewhere sometimes it's easier to stop here. There is a variety of international foods which is another reason I like to come here. Finding those odd condiments etc at local markets can be a task and here you can always count on them carrying it (at least I have). All in all its a good place to go do your grocery shopping especially if one has a large family. But, for those who don't I think you could probably save more going elsewhere if you don't live close to the commissary at least in gas anyway. For those moving here from other states if you live close to Hamstead , Sneads Ferry area it's a drive . However for those living in Jacksonville it's conveniently close.
